The DDS03.1-W030-RS04-03-FW is a highly efficient drive controller, expertly built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This device incorporates sophisticated controls for synchronous, servo, spindle, and MDD and LAR motors, creating an advanced digital drive system. Designed for a 300V DC bus voltage, this fully programmable unit also features robust motor feedback and a SERCOS connection module. The controller operates on a 24V DC input from a power supply unit and is shielded against dust with an IP 20-rated casing. However, it's not liquid-resistant and should be stored in a sealed cabinet. Despite its advanced specifications, the DDS03.1-W030-RS04-03-FW controller is easy to use, accurate, and cost-effective for servo motor speed and position control with 30A peak and 10A constant current. This EMC-certified model is impervious to radio frequency interference and withstands harsh operating scenarios, including exposure to high temperature and vibration, within specific humidity ranges.
