The DDS03.1-W050-DA02-01-FW is a drive controller from the Bosch Rexroth Indramat DIAX02 lineup. This highly versatile system is compatible with an AC main drive and has a usage in equipment ranging from machine tools to textile machinery. Key specifications include a 50A current rating, and a voltage rating of 300 +/-15% VDC. It employs airflow, within a substantial control cabinet, to manage heat levels. Vertical orientation is required for installation and in the event of a replacement, previous software module parameters can be retained. The firmware routinely updates for optimal operation without interfering with the unit's functions. Storage and transit should be undertaken in a dry, shock-free environment, between -30°C to +85°C. It also incorporates an analog diagnostic output with a 10VDC voltage rating and 4mA load capacity. The relative and absolute maximum permissible humidity levels are 95% and 25g/m3 respectively.
