The DDS03.1-W050-DC01-01-FW is an industrially robust controller fabricated by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. With a high metal content housed in a sturdy unit, the controller offers interference protection from large solid materials exceeding 12mm in diameter. It works harmoniously with numerous industrial motor series, including MKD synchronous motor, LAR inductance linear motor, and ADF inductance motor. Thanks to its customizable design, the controller can combine with AC servo and main drives in one compact system supported by one supply unit. It distinguishes special configuration slots (U1-U5) to accommodate distinctive modules, although firmware modules need to be separately ordered as per the application. With an operations current of 50A and a DC bus voltage of 300V, the controller measures 355mm long, 325mm wide, and 70mm thick and weighs around 11kg, with a power loss of 260 watts in the control cabinet.
