The DDS03.1-W050-DS03-01, designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a highly efficient and environmentally conscious, drive controller. Suitable for operating from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and under 95% relative humidity, this model provides precise control over motor speed and direction. The configuration includes five module slots (U1 through U5), with the U5 slot holding the drive's firmware and U1 housing the command communication module. This controller achieves temperature regulation with thermal technology, recirculating air from the control cabinet. It incorporates a digital feedback system, provides a constant current of 20 amps, and weighs 5.5 kg. The model operates optimally under 25 g/m3 air humidity and has a maximum current rating of 50 A. Coupled with MDD, LAR, or MKD AC motors, the drive controller facilitates rapid operations, utilizing a SERCOS interface module for communications. Designed with IP 20 protection, it operates on a 300V DC bus voltage, and is effective up to an installation height of 1,000 meters.
