The DDS03.1-W050-RA01-02-FW, a compact drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, forms a key part of the modular DDS drive system used in factory automation applications. This device, part of Series 3 of the DDS drive system, interfaces with AC servo motors such as the MDD, MKD, and LAR series, facilitating the creation of responsive drives for machine tools, packing machines, and more. With its closed housing and innovative heat technology, heat is effectively expelled within the control cabinet, mitigating installation efforts. The drive controller utilizes Resolver Feedback and only pairs with motors that offer this option. Its maximum peak current sits at 50A with a DC bus voltage of 300V, working within a 15% allowance. Furthermore, its ANALOG interface enables operation of digital intelligent servo drives with conventional controls. It adheres to an Ingress Protection Rating of IP 20, prohibiting the entry of solid objects with a diameter of 12 mm or more into its structure.
