The DDS03.1-W050-RA02-01 is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat under the DDS series, known for their versatility, innovation and cost-effectiveness. Capable of merging with AC servo motors, it creates top-notch, rapid-response drives suitable for machine tools, handling machines, and printing and packaging machines. This controller, which boasts an ANALOG interface and heat technology cooling system, requires connection to Indramat supply units with controlled DC 24V voltage and placement in a large, IP 10-rated control cabinet for protection from touch and foreign objects. The DDS03.1-W050-RA02-01 works exclusively with AC motors that utilize Resolver Feedback encoder, using a specifically designed, 75m long Indramat motor power cable with thermal overload protection. Customized connection cables are an alternative. The controller operates effectively in humidity levels of up to 95% and air humidity up to 25g/dm³, in an environment of -30°C to +85°C when in transportation. The device also enjoys dust-resistant IP 20 rating.
