The DDS03.1-W050-RA02-02-FW is a digital drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, utilized in digital AC servo motors for effective motion control. This controller is part of the DDS series and interoperates with MDD, MKD, LAF, and LAR series servo motors, creating efficient, responsive automation systems. Its interface, utilizing analogue communication, assists in operating motors with Resolver Feedback. The in-cabinet cooling system enabled by heat technology requires a sizable control cabinet, but it offers simple installation and secure mounting. The cabinet holds an IP 10 rating, preventing the entry of solid objects larger than 50mm. This controller uses an Indramat feedback cable of a maximum 75m length, accommodating connections for power and temperature monitoring. Operating with a regulated DC 24V Indramat supply unit and a nominal DC bus voltage of 300V, it offers a 50A current rating. Firmware compatibility is provided, though it should be ordered separately.
