Bosch Rexroth Indramat produces the DDS03.2-W030-BE09-01, a digital controller that forms a high-performance servo system with appropriate motors, ideal for industry and commercial use. Designed for operation at 24 Volts DC input, multiple DDS controllers can be simultaneously powered from a single Bosch DC supply with regulated output. The device's output rating of 30 Amps may reduce when used in environments over 45 degrees Celsius or at elevations higher than 1000 meters. Structurally, this modular controller has five slots for hardware, with three available for plugins and two reserved for a command communication and software module. Optimization for SERCOS enables data transmission at up to 4 Mbps. In case of malfunction, easy software module transference allows for swift replacement. With two motor feedback options, built-in heat technology, and an IP20 protection category, this product needs considerable installation space for airflow and ambient temperature maintenance.
