The DDS03.2-W030-BE41-02-FW, designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a drive controller constructed specifically for precise servo motor control. It's required to be installed in a well-protected, air-conditioned control cabinet with adequate fresh air intake and external heat exhaustion. With a power dissipation of 110 W at 15 A, it operates efficiently between 0 and +45 degrees Celsius. Offering advanced programming interfaces, it enables quick modification of settings, suiting applications requiring specific motor speeds, motion profiles, or precision control. The drive controller can handle a maximum current of 30 A and comprises a SERCOS interface communication module. Designed for use only with specified accessories, it can be operated at altitudes up to 1,000 meters. The model provides a constant current of 12 amps and weighs 5.5 kg. It also features digital and resolver feedback for speed and location adjustments of the motor, along with best-in-class heat management technology.
