Bosch Rexroth's DKR02.1-W200B-B is an ergonomically designed drive controller for the digital smart control of various Bosch Indramat motors, including AC main spindle, frameless, and linear motors. The controller is valued for its operational reliability and immense control range, with solid power delivery at a broad speed spectrum. It operates with a 3-phase 3 x 400 - 480v AC power source, at a rated current of 200 A. Features include an emergency shut-down, integrated mains contactor, and an incorporated fan for efficient cooling. The controller should be installed with a minimum 160 mm clearance above and below it to facilitate adequate airflow. Its bleeder resistor provides a maximum braking energy of 240 kWs and continuous power dissipation of 1.5 kW. The controller has five slots for plug-ins, utilizing an INTERBUS interface for command communication, and an ESM02.3 firmware module. With a protection rating of IP20, it operates optimally at up to +45°C, while dissipating 1800 W of heat.
