The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DKR02.1-W200Z-BE43-01-FW is a sophisticated drive controller with a modular design. It consists of five slots, two of which are specifically for a software module and a command communication module. The command communication interface is located in Slot U1, while Slot U5 houses the firmware module which preserves the firmware and the operational parameters of the drive. Optimal operation data for the drive are applicable for environments ranging from 0 to 1000 meters above sea level, and temperatures between 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. However, this device can operate at temperatures up to 55 degrees Celsius and altitudes up to 5000 meters, but with reduced drive power due to load capacity. The device also features a built-in blower, digital servo, and resolver feedback. The input rating is three phase 400 to 480 Volts AC with an output current rating of 200 Amps. For continuous output, the ratings are 120 Amps at 4 kHz and 95 Amps at 8 kHz. The IP 20 rated drive enclosure is designed for installation in an IP 54 rated switch cabinet. The drive produces 1600 Watt heat and thus, the switch cabinet's dust filters should be maintained regularly.
