The Rexroth Indramat DKR02.1-W300B-BE37-01-FW is an advanced drive controller equipped to command and monitor various kinds of motors, including linear, main spindle, and frameless spindle. It also supports a range of speeds for high-level control. The unit comes standard with a mains contactor and an emergency stop-shutdown device, is capable of pairing with up to 5 modules, and can control servo motors with an output power ranging between 10 kW and 93 kW. Ideal applications for this drive controller include NC-controlled machine tools, paper processing mechanisms, and printing units. The controller uses an internal cooling method via built-in blower/heatsink, discharging a maximum heat of 1800 Watts. The controller is equipped with a digital servo feedback with resolver, a SERCOS interface, and operates at a power voltage of 3 x 400 – 480 AC, 50-60 Hz. The continuous current rating ranges from 110-141 Amperes, depending on switching frequency.
