The DKR02.1-W300N-BA35-01-FW by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a highly reliable drive control unit, utilized to manage the speed and position of a variety of industrial motors. Particularly suited for precision positioning applications in printing mechanisms and NC-control machine tools, this drive controller boasts high operational reliability and exceptional command capability. Able to function with a three-phase AC supply (400 V to 480 V), the unit has the capability to adapt to different functions via auxiliary plug-in cards. Examples of interfacing options include Sercos, analog, Interbus, and Profibus interfaces. Fitted with ESM02.3 firmware, the software and drive parameters are embedded within a plug-in module, facilitating simple transfer between identical units. The unit employs several cooling methods - air from inside the cabinet, duct cooling, and air from outside the cabinet - to maintain optimal temperature, with the external air method dissipating over 66% of the unit's heat energy.
