The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DKR02.1-W300Z-BE05-01-FW is an innovative drive controller extensively used in various motion control systems. Its functions include controlling and monitoring AC main spindle, frameless, and linear motors. Power is drawn directly from a 3-phase 400 – 480 V power source, and operates with 50 – 60 Hz frequency. The controller is rated at 300 A and comes with a 1.8 Ohm integrated bleeder resistor running on a 1.5 kW continuous power. It is equipped with a built-in blower using ambient air to dissipate heat during operations, and the overall heat dissipation registers at 1800 W. It operates at a switching frequency of 4/8 kHz, and generates a continuous power of 55/43 kW. The controller uses the SERCOS interface for communication and also possesses slots for add-on modules. It operates in a temperature range of +5 to +45 degrees Celsius with an IP20 protection rating.
