The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DKR03.1-W100N-B is a drive controller from the DKR series. Designed for versatility, this controller works with a range of Rexroth Indramat motors including 2AD/ADF series spindle motors, 1MB series frameless spindle motors and LSF/LAF linear motors. The DKR03.1-W100N-B is rated at 100 Amps and can be tailored to specific applications thanks to optional modules that can be added to slots U1 to U5. An inclusive unit, it features a basic unit, software module, interface cards, and plug-in modules. With an onboard blower for cooling, a bleeder, and provision for digital servo and resolver feedback, the module runs on 400 to 480 Volts AC three-phase input with 50 to 60 Hertz frequency and allows for a ±10% variation in input voltage. Taking into account its accessories kit, the controller weighs nearly 50kg and measures 690 x 390 x 310mm. The unit can operate within an ambient temperature range of 5-45 degrees Celsius and up to a maximum altitude of 1000 meters without derating. Lastly, this module holds an IP20 protection rating in line with IEC 529 and EN 60529 standards.
