The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DKR03.1-W100N-BA32-01-FW is an advanced drive controller for Indramat motors, part of the DKR series line 3. It uses built-in or air-cooling, it's designed for standard systems without blenders and communicates via an analog interface with digital servo motor feedback. This model employs a control voltage of 230V, system frequency between 50Hz and 60Hz, and continues drive current of 4kHz: 71A and 8 kHz: 60A. Offering continuous regenerated power around 22-26 kW and control voltage from 0 to 380V. Heat dissipation is 900W under normal conditions but reduced to 600W in air channel or with coolant. An optional brake resistor comes with a peak braking energy of 150kWs and a peak power of 40 kW. The product weighs around 49 kg and operates optimally within an ambient temperature range of +5⁰C to +45⁰C and a maximum installation elevation of 0-1000m. Complying with IP 20 protection standard per EN60529 or IEC529, it should be used strictly by trained personnel.
