The DKR03.1-W100N-BE23-01-FW is a servo drive controller produced by the well-regarded Rexroth Indramat company. Suited for controlling and monitoring an assortment of servo motors, such as Linear motors LSF or LAF, main spindle motors 2AD or ADF, and frameless spindle motors 1MB, it guarantees a wide speed range with constant power. For operation, several installation components must be properly fitted in the drive controller which includes a heatsink and an air blower for maintaining its temperature. This device uses digital servo and resolver feedback for signal communications while a SERCOS interface card manages command communication. With a rated current of 100 Amperes, the drive controller operates on a three-phase power voltage connection of 3xAC 400 to 480 volts. The working control voltage and power are rated at AC 230V and 200 Volt-Amperes respectively. Additional electrical specifications include its maximum peak current of 71 Amperes and peak power delivery of 26 Kilowatts.
