The DKR03.1-W200B-BA01-01-FW drive controller is a product designed and crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, intended for commanding their series of motors including, 1 M.B., A.C., and linear motors. This controller operates with a 200A rated current and optionally offers an integrated brake resistor. It includes safety measures such as an emergency stop and combined mains contactor. Its cooling system involves an internal blower, assisted by an air inlet from the enclosure. An analog interface serves as the command module alongside a resolver feedback and digital servo. Accessories include connector kits, but exclude a feedback connector. A minimum power of 40 kVA is required on the isolating transformer for proper operation, and a circuit voltage inductive component of under 4% is considered safe. Additional RoHS compliant plug-in modules are available to enhance bidirectional exchange of data, although the fully-configured controller does not require additional plug-ins.
