The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DKR03.1-W200B-BE24-02-FW is a specialized drive controller purposed to monitor and regulate particular Indramat servo motors used in various industrial machinery. It's compatible with 1MB frameless spindle motors, 2AD or ADF a.c. main spindle motors, and LSF or LAF linear motors. This drive controller is unique due to its customizable components like software modules, auxiliary plug-in cards, a base unit, and command interface cards, allowing for adaptation to specific industrial needs. It's known for its high stiffness, long lifespan, and wide speed range, making it ideal for CNC machines, such as mills, lathes, printing and paper-processing machines, drills, routers, and water or plasma jet cutters. Boasting a rated power voltage of approximately 3xAC 400 Volts, it can draw a continuous and peak current of 92 Amperes and 141 Amperes respectively. It also comes with a power interruption feature, allowing the motor shaft to maintain 55 kilowatts peak regenerated power for 10 seconds, then 30 kilowatts continuously. This 49-kilogram drive controller adheres to the IP 20 per EN60529 / IEC529 protection class.
