The DKR03.1-W200B-BE74-02-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a digital, intelligent motor control device designed for 2AD or ADF main spindle and 1MB frameless spindle motors, with a power output between 10 and 93 kW. Suitable for NC-controlled tools and printing machines, the controller maintains a wide speed range and consistent power. The upgraded DKR03.1 offers 200VA control voltage power and can connect directly with grounded AC mains from 3*AC 400V-480V and 50-60Hz. Features include an emergency stop shutdown, an integrated primary contractor, and a built-in brake resistor. For optimum operation, it utilizes FWA-DIAX03 firmware. Interfaces include SERCOS, Profibus, INTERBUS, and analog. It has an operating temperature of +5°C to +45°C (up to +55°C with 80% data derating) and should not be operated above 1000m in altitude. It meets the IP 20 protection category under EN60529/IEC529.
