The DKR03.1-W200N-BA36-01-FW drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, serves as an efficient tool for regulating electric motor operations majorly in printing machines and numeric control machine tools. It directly connects to an AC main with parameters of 3 × 400 ~ 480V and a frequency range of 50/60 Hz. Built on IP 20 protection standards, it resists solid particles larger than 12.5 mm, but lacks protection against liquids. The device, consisting of a basic unit and five slots (U1-U5) for additional interfaces, is equipped with the ESM02.3 software module in the U5 slot. The model delivers up to 35kW of continuous power at 92 A for the 4kHz version and 30kW at 78 A for the 8kHz version, with a net heat dissipation of 1200 W. It also includes auxiliary plug-in modules enabling motor feedback and command communication. Firmware must be ordered separately.
