The DKR03.1-W200N-BE37-01-FW Driver Module, made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a digital electrical device designed for the precise control and monitoring of industrial machine motors. Common applications include CNC and printing machines. The module processes sensor information to control variables like speed, torque, and direction of the motor. Pre-set programming parameters allow flexibility of use with a variety of Rexroth Indramat motors and other compatible alternatives. The standard configuration includes a basic unit, software module, and auxiliary-analogue module and it uses standard RS232 and RS485 protocol for remote operations. Moreover, the SERCOSE interface software enables commissioning, diagnosing and machine parameter adjustments. Motor cooling is facilitated via air-blower cooling and heat sinks. The controller requires a grounded 3-phase AC input power of 400-480V. A safeguard system ensures optimal operation conditions before machine startup.
