The DKR04.1-W300N-BT29-02-FW is a drive controller designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat that features a SERCOS interface, enabling communication between the device and a computer or other control units via fiber-optic cabling. This controller is optimized for the digital control of Rexroth motors including LSF and LAF linear motors, and 2AD and ADF AC main spindle motors. Offering a wide speed range with constant power, this controller is ideal for use with printing machines and NC-controlled machine tools. Adhering to EN 60 529 and EN 60 204, it offers IP20 protection and operates optimally at temperatures from 0°C to 40 °C and elevations up to 1000 m above sea level. It operates via both RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces. Potential power sources include mains connection to grounded AC or ungrounded three-phase systems via isolating transformers or overvoltage suppressors. The device can be cooled externally and, if the air openings are covered, approximately 2/3 of the emitted heat is conducted outside the cabinet.
