The DKR04.1-W400E-BE23-01-FW by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a cutting-edge drive control system. Designed for position and speed control in AC main spindle motors, linear motors, and frameless spindle motors, it seamlessly works with company's LAF, LSF, 1MB, 2AD, and ADF motors, which boast an output range of 10 kW to 93 kW. Typically utilized in printing machines and numerically controlled machines, the drive controller ensures exceptional control over motor speed and position and supports a wide speed range operation, maintaining constant power output. With operational specifications for a three-phase connection between 400 V to 480 V, it can also incorporate an external brake resistor, allowing controlled motor braking, even during mains failure. Heat caused by additional energy dissipation is handled by a pre-installed heat sink and blower. Protected to the IP20 ingress standard, it operates on a 300 VA control voltage, weighs 150 kg, and is suitable for use up to 1000 m below sea level. SERCOS, analog, and Profibus interfaces can be installed.
