The DKR04.1-W400N-BA08-01-FW Servo Controller Drive, a premier product from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed to efficiently interface with different types of industrial motors and machines. Its versatility is achieved through the use of modules slotted into its base unit, allowing customization for specific applications. The controller operates using digital servo and resolver feedback from the motor, but does not include a standard bleeder. The unit weighs 150kg, and the M1-RAC3 accessory kit weighs between 1-7kg. The drive accommodates frequencies of 4kHz and 8kHz, drawing 210A and 150A current respectively, and provides power of 99Kw and 66Kw at 400V. The controller sustains control voltages of 230V, maintaining a voltage frequency between 50Hz-60Hz with a power of 300 VA. Its peak power is 125Kw at a peak current of 282A, with continuous regenerated power at 92Kw. The unit is enhanced by an in-built air blower for heat control and a H1 display for error notifications.
