The DKR04.1-W400N-BE34-01-FW is a digital intelligent drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is designed for precise control of various Indramat motors including frameless spindle motors 1MB, LAF or LSF linear motors, and 2AD or ADF a.c. main spindle motors, delivering 10-93kW of continuous power. It features high-level control, wide speed range, and is utilized in applications such as printing machines and NC-controlled machine tools. The unit can be directly connected to grounded AC mains and includes an inbuilt blower for cooling. An additional frame M1-RAC4 is recommended for stabilization when mounted on a panel or rear wall using outside air for cooling. It has a rated current of 400, SERCOS interface for command communication, and does not include a bleeder. The drive controller has a peak current of 282A, weighs approximately 150kg, and can reach a continuous generated power up to 66kW. The accessories kit M1-RAC 3 adds an additional 1.7kg in weight.
