The DKS 1.1-W030B-DS01-00 is Bosch Rexroth Indramat's entry into the market of digital servo drives and components for industrial automation. Inherently energy-efficient, it operates at 50/60 Hz frequency, uses an 18 kHz PWM frequency, and connects directly to both 1-phase AC 230V and 3-phase AC 3 × 230V power sources. With a 1-phase power source, the drive needs a power and continuous current of 3.5 kW and 10 A respectively, while with a 3-phase power source, it requires 4.5 kW of power and 15 A of current. The drive ideally operates at an ambient temperature range of +5 to +45 degrees Celsius and up to 1000 meters above sea level. Moreover, it has an IP10 protection class and possesses a 12 A/16 A fuse to shield the circuit from failure. For effective communication, a SERCOS interface DSS 1.3 card is built into the U1 slot. Slots U2 to U4 are equipped for auxiliary plug-in modules, and the DSM 2.1 software module is placed in the U5 slot.
