The DKS01.1-W050A-RL01-01-FW is a multi-functional servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This versatile unit can be set up to different types of command sources including but not limited to analogue torque and velocity. This drive unit takes commands from the control system, amplifying the signals and relaying electric current to the motor, thus creating motion proportionate to the input command. The drive is furnished with a sensor that maintains feedback on the motor's condition, which is then juxtaposed against the intended behavior to fine-tune power output and so, rectify any discrepancies. In terms of user interface, the DKS01.1-W050A-RL01-01-FW houses two status indicators, H1 and H2. The H1 indicator provides real-time updates on the drive's functioning and detects faults in cables, conductors, motor, as well incorrect usage. The H2 indicator, situated at the front of the SERCOS interface, informs on the status of the interface or ring and the hardware of the interface module.
