The DM 4K 4101-D, created by industry leader Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a renowned model with a feedback control system through a standard encoder interface. It manages speed and position on various synchronous and asynchronous motors precisely. Its Servodyn-D inverter system is composed of a power supply and three-phase inverter module which connects directly to a 3-phase source, generating a 670V DC link voltage or 715V, depending on the power supply's regulation. This three-phase inverter module takes just 0.89 A power from the 24 V supply module. The module operates on a 16-bit analog interface with a VeCon chip, controlling position, speed, and current digitally. It has resistance to shocks and vibrations, and is climate-protected. With an IP54 protection standard, it should be installed in protected switch cabinets. Weighing 6 kg and 50mm wide, it operates at 4 kHz and 8 kHz frequencies, with the rated current of 0.8 Arms also subject to changes due to temperature variations.
