The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DMA 85B 1201-D is a high-performance module with an air-cooling system, specifically designed for use with synchronous and asynchronous motors. Measuring 100mm in width, this standard variant of the DMA series employs a SERCOS interface and a gear encoder for efficient device communication and control. Quick to install and commission, this module uses a 32-bit signal processor for superior digital control of speed, current and position. However, due to its potential to cause radio interference, it should only be used in industrial settings. Features include an automatic peak current limit based on thermal limits, a 24 V power supply module with a 1.35 Ampere current rating, and a DC link voltage of 670 V, which can go up to 715 V under non-regulated conditions. This unit also has a maximum current rating of 86 A and a rated current of 22 A at 4 kHz switching frequency.
