The Okuma E4809-045-004-C control card from the E4809 CNC Boards series by Okuma is a high-reliability industrial component designed for seamless integration into OPUS 5000 CNC systems. This control card employs 5V TTL logic and features a 9x9in layout size with two- or optional four-layer construction. Built around DIP-14 and DIP-16 integrated circuits, it provides reliable tape reader (PTR) and Manual Data Input (MDI) functions using NAND gates, decoders, and logic buffers. Noise filtering is handled by ceramic disc and electrolytic capacitors with resistor networks for signal conditioning. Connectivity is ensured via a gold finger edge connector and a pin header, while backplane installation simplifies integration and maintenance.
