The E4809-436-074-A PC is a printed circuit board manufactured by Okuma for use in automation applications such as the OPUS 7000 power supply. This flame retardant (FR) board, in accordance with UL94V-0 specifications, extinguishes rapidly if burnt, ensuring safety. Weighing 0.43kg, the board efficiently supports NC system functionality using multiprocessor CNC technology. It consists of several insulating and conductive layers that mechanically and electrically support and connect electronic components. The board is made up of epoxy and fiberglass materials, imbuing it with high mechanical strength, insulating capacity, and durability, suitable for varied environments. Its yellow to light green color is due to the FR4 base material used. The board is versatile with high dielectric strength, good arc resistance and resistance to temperature and moisture. Despite being inexpensive, it requires careful connection to avoid damage, and more layout effort due to its high initial cost.
