The ECPMEM-1 from B & R Automation is a memory module operating at 5 VDC and compatible with ESP controllers. Part of the ECP Multi Control Modules series, it uses a proprietary memory bus and runs from -10°C to 60°C. It measures 52 x 21 x 8 mm, weighs 18 g, and retains data for at least 10 years.
It's RoHS compliant with PCB coating and stores safely from -20°C to 80°C. It endures 100,000 write cycles. Its plug-in PCB form allows socket mounting.
