The ECPP60MEM-01 is a high-performance automation module from B&R Automation's ECP Series, utilizing a powerful 6809 processor. With a processing speed of 2.5 milliseconds per kilo-instructions, this module is ideal for demanding industrial applications. It offers a robust memory architecture with 42 KBytes of instruction RAM, 128 KBytes of SRAM, and flexible user program memory, enhanced by an optional PROM module. Memory is segmented into volatile, non-volatile, and 8-bit addresses, ensuring efficient data retention and processing speeds. Interface options include RS485, RS232, and a TTY capable of 62.5 kBaud, providing versatile communication capabilities. Energy-efficient, it operates at +8V (7W), +15V (1.5W), and -30V (0.5W). The ECPP60MEM-01 can be installed in MULTI, MIDI, and M264 frames, enabling easy integration into various systems. Note that its software clock isn't zero voltage safe, but it supports auto-increment addressing for optimizing programming loops.
