The EL1809 is a compact 16-channel digital input terminal manufactured by Beckhoff for the EL EtherCAT Terminals series. It features 16 inputs with a nominal 24 V DC voltage and uses 1-wire connection technology. Typical input current is 3 mA with an input filter time of 3.0 ms. Consuming 100 mA on the E-bus and weighing 65 g, it operates from -25°C to +60°C, meets EN 61131-2, type 1/3 requirements, and is ideal for industrial automation.
