The Beckhoff EL2624 from the EL EtherCAT Terminals series is a compact 4-channel mechanical relay output terminal designed for industrial automation. Featuring integral signal LEDs and a durable polycarbonate housing, it offers switching of up to 125 V AC or 30 V DC with an output current of 0.5 A AC; 2 A DC per channel. It connects via a spring-loaded & plug-in method for rapid, secure wiring and mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60715) with lock. The device operates between 0 … +55 °C (storage −25 … +85 °C) and measures 12 mm × 100 mm × 68 mm. Certified to UL, CE and compliant with EMC standards EN 61000-6-2 / EN 61000-6-4, it ensures reliable performance under vibration and shock (EN 60068-2-6 / EN 60068-2-27).
