The EL2808-0000 from Beckhoff delivers short-circuit proof 0.5 A output current per channel and reverse voltage protection. Part of the EL EtherCAT Terminals range, it features IP20 protection and 2-wire connection technology.

This 8-channel digital output interface drives ohmic, inductive, and lamp loads with breaking energy <150 mJ per channel while restraining short-circuit current below 2 A. Weighing approximately 65 g, it operates from 24 V DC (–15 %/+20 %) over a –25 °C to +60 °C range.
