The Beckhoff EL3214 is a 4-channel input EtherCAT terminal from the EL EtherCAT Terminals series by Beckhoff. It supports 2- or 3-wire RTD connections for Pt/Ni sensors across -200…+850°C/-60…+250°C, with ±0.5°C accuracy, ~170 ms conversion, 1 kHz filter, powered via E-bus, operating −25…+60°C.
