The Beckhoff EL4008 is an analog output terminal in the EL EtherCAT Terminals series by Beckhoff, providing 8 outputs with a 0…10 V signal voltage, 12-bit resolution, and output error <0.1%. Operating on 24 V DC via power contacts, it features ~400 µs conversion time, distributed clock precision <1 µs>, is short-circuit proof for loads >5 kΩ, and weighs 85 g.
