The Beckhoff EL6001 is an EtherCAT terminal known for its efficient performance, even in diverse temperature conditions. It operates optimally between -25°C to 60°C and caters to different industrial climate needs. Incorporating TxD and RxD channels for data transmission, it accommodates a cable connection up to 15m and interfaces with RS232. To support communication with serial devices, the EL6001 comes with a dedicated IEC software library. Users operating on a Windows system can benefit from the included Virtual Serial COM Driver license.
