The EL6910 EtherCAT Logic Terminal, manufactured by the renowned German company, Beckhoff Automation Technology, is designed to enhance the functionality of Beckhoff's Bus Terminal system via seamless integration with TwinSAFE input/output devices. Boasting a compact size of 12mm x 100mm x 68 mm (W x H x D) and a weight of approximately 50 grams, this terminal offers eight LED indicators and eight connecting points on its front panel. It also provides rapid cycle and error response times - 1 ms and under 2ms respectively. Being rigorously tested, it meets established EN standards for vibration/shock resistance and EMC emission, and functions optimally at altitudes ranging from 690 meters below to 2450 meters above sea-level. It operates on 24V DC power supply, consuming 160mA current, resulting in 1W power dissipation. For optimal performance, it should be installed in control cabinets with IP54 protection class alongside other bus terminals.
