The EL6930 TwinSAFE Logic Bus Terminal, produced by the internationally renowned Beckhoff Automation Technology, is designed to safeguard the terminal system from harm during device malfunction. As well as assuring secure connections between TwinSAFE input and output devices, the EL6930 also serves as a gateway to a PROFIsafe master controller. Its compact design incorporates eight diagnostic LEDs, with the ability to connect to TwinSAFE capable I/O devices. Operating at 24V DC, this terminal has a cycle time of 500 microseconds and responds to faults faster than the standard watchdog period. The EL6930 is compatible with strain-sensitive devices like pushbuttons switches, laser scanners, and servo drives, working optimally between 0-55 degrees Celsius. Known for its exceptional shock and EMC resistance, this terminal also conforms to international safety standards like UL, IEC, NRTL, and CE.
