The EL7041-1000 from Beckhoff features direct motor connection with feedback and a single output channel. Part of the EL EtherCAT Terminals, it offers up to 8000 full steps per second and 1/64 microstepping. It supports 2-phase stepper motors with ≤5 A output current and ~5000 steps/rev resolution.

The module has two end-position inputs and one encoder input accepting 5-24 V DC at 5 mA. It uses a 24 V DC logic supply. The motor supply range is 8-48 V DC.
