The Beckhoff EL9221-6000 protection terminal from the EL EtherCAT Terminals series is a compact EtherCAT Terminal with 1 channel, designed for industrial automation. It accepts a 24 V DC (-15%/+20%) voltage range and provides an adjustable current range of 1...10 A with electronic, adjustable trip characteristic. Featuring EtherCAT diagnostics and status LEDs, it ensures precise fault monitoring. The module mounts on 35mm DIN rails (EN 60715) and offers 500 V electrical isolation between E-bus and voltage circuits. With dimensions of 12 mm x 100 mm x 68 mm, a feed-in terminal for parallel power distribution, Class 3 limitation per EN 60947-2 and an operating temperature range of -25 °C…+60 °C, it delivers reliable overcurrent protection up to 10 A per channel.
