The EPP1018-0001 from Beckhoff supports the EtherCAT protocol and features 8 digital inputs with a nominal input voltage of 24 V DC. Part of the EPP EtherCAT P Box Modules, it employs an input filter of 10 μs and complies with EN 61131-2 standards and CE and UL approvals.

It features screwable M8 connectors, provides electrical isolation, and includes a short-circuit proof driver block. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -25 °C to +60 °C.
