The EPP6001-0002 module from Beckhoff is part of the EPP EtherCAT P Box Modules series. It features individually selectable RS232, RS485, and RS422 interfaces, supports full duplex TxD and RxD communication, and uses two P-coded M8 bus sockets. It offers two digital 24 V DC outputs with 0.5 A max current per channel and includes a +5 V DC, 1 A sensor supply. The module operates over EtherCAT and permits RS422/485 cable lengths up to 1000 m.
