The ES7031 terminal from Beckhoff’s ES EtherCAT Terminals series supports direct connection of 2-phase stepper motors. It features 64-fold microstepping, up to 8000 full steps/s frequency, a maximum output current of 1.5 A, and two end-position inputs. The module operates at 0–55 °C, is CE and UL certified, and meets EN 61000-6-2/6-4 EMC standards. It uses 24 V DC supply voltage and conforms to EN 60068-2-6/-27 vibration and shock resistance.
