The FCS01.1E-W0005-A-02-NNBV, a frequency converter by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a versatile, modular unit crucial for automation control. Workable with all three-phase AC motors, it effectively manages a consistent voltage to frequency ratio. Fitted with an IP 20 standard ingress protection, it safeguards against intrusion of solid objects above 12mm, and operates optimally between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius. Unwanted electromagnetic interference is minimized with its built-in EN55011 standard EMC filter. Providing precise motor speed control and high start-up torque, it can comfortably handle an overload of up to 200% for over 3.5 seconds. Auto-detection of motor parameters is paired with inbuilt process and PID controller. Communication needs are met with its RS485 and RS232 interfacing options. Additionally, it enables programmable DC braking and has a motor potentiometer along with a “flying restart” feature. It contains five digital inputs and two analog outputs.
