The FCS01.1E-W0005-A-04-NNBV is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat frequency converter with the power supply being calibrated according to the corresponding motor. It is equipped with mains fuses, a main contactor or switch, and can be adapted for IT mains operation using jumpers. The converter connects to the motor through terminals U, V, and W by either an unshielded cable (maximum length of 100m) or a shielded cable (up to 30m). The unit has an inbuilt braking resistor that becomes hot during operation and can be damaged by improper connection. The device carries an IP20 protection rating and includes a 24VDC internal power supply. With a 0-320 second ramp time and control connectors openable by a small screwdriver, this converter facilitates adjustments for varied needs with its modular structure. The unit operates optimally in an environment between 0°C and 40°C.
