The FCS01.1E-W0008-A-02-NNBV is a frequency converter developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, an expert in automation products including industrial motors and drive controllers. This specific product comes from their IndraDrive Fc product line and is designed to optimize the voltage/frequency ratio through sensor-less current vector control features. This unit is specially designed for use with asynchronous AC motors, providing them with high starting and overload torques while maintaining speed consistency. The frequency converter is overload resistant up to 200% for brief periods and 150% for extended periods. The converter can be efficiently arrayed next to each other due to its space-saving design. Its construction materials are asbestos and silicone-free and it features brake chopper integration, a flying start circuit, programmable DC braking, and automatic motor parameter detection. This product supports four-quadrant operation and allows for connections to external braking resistors. The system also comes with analog inputs/outputs, relays, and interfaces. Cooling is maintained via free convection.
